Tops Specs is not associated or registered with the GOC or ABDO dispensing optician regulatory bodies. Most of our customers, some of whom have been loyal to us for several years know us as trustworthy professionals who dispense and manufacture quality glasses. Because of (in our opinion) an outdated clause within the regulations, governed by the General Optical Council we are not allowed to call ourselves Dispensing Opticians. However, that is precisely what we do and our loyal customers (who keep coming back and to whom we are very grateful) tell us that we do a good and professional job for them.
